How to Make Salmon Salad

Salad is very healthy and salmon is one of the most recommended fishes for our diet and nutrients source. Combining those two ingredients can be a perfect decision for a perfect healthy food. The fresh green vegetable and tender salmon will create a beautiful and delicious diet food. To make our salmon salad, we need to prepare low fat mayonnaise, three tablespoon of ketchup, one tablespoon of onion, two tablespoon of milk, chopped and drained pickles, sliced tomatoes, and three cooked and sliced eggs.

For the salmon, we need approximately 14 oz fresh salmon. Make sure that it is fresh, so we can get the sweet taste of salmon. We can cook the salmon with olive oil and make a salt and paper action on it. For the salad dressing, we can mix onion, ketchup, pickles, and mayonnaise. Prepare a large bowl and put all the ingredients on it including the salmon. We can also serve it with plate if we want to serve it for dinner.
